1- I already have written and formatted my paper, How do I upload and submit it? up

Please, read the “Sending Paper” instruction carefully. Then sign-up in Secretariat System and add a paper in “My Paper” page. Operators will check your submitted materials and contact you via email.

2- May I cancel my submission in OGPC, and send my paper to other conferences? up

If the technical committee has already sent your paper to referees and secretariat has delivered at least one evaluation from a referee, OGPC can not remove your paper and you can’t cancel your submission.

3- I already sent my paper via email, Is it necessary to upload it using the Secretariat System? up

The conference secretariat never accept submission via email, unless it is specified in “Sending Paper” instruction.

4- When will the result of the paper evaluation be published? up

Check out the date in the conference calendar in the right sidebar of the homepage. The results will be published in the Secretariat System.
